I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula certified through Birth Arts International, a Newborn Care Specialist trained with Gentle Ventures, a Sleep Consultant certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting, and I'm also a mother to three (including twins and a child born with complex medical needs).


I only take a certain amount of clients at a time, so the first step is to reach out for availability and to schedule a consultation through phone at 978-618-9911 or email summer@solongandgoodnight.com. If I’m available, I’ll send over my detailed intake form and get started on your sleep plan within 24 hours of receiving your response. 


I have a variety of packages and add ons to fit your needs, you can learn more on my "services" page. You're looking at around $290 - $1000 depending on the package.


I will never suggest a "total extinction" (just leave and don’t come back) method in any sleep plan I create. There are methods that allow parents to remain connected throughout the process and those are the type of methods I recommend. Your baby may cry/“protest” while they learn this whole new set of expectations surrounding sleep, but with my plans your baby will know you're there every step of the way. 


Yes, 100%. Safety is top priority for me, I’ll never have anything in my sleep plans that goes against current AAP recommendations. For example: crib bumpers, placing a baby to sleep on their stomach, pillows, weighted sleep sacks etc are all absolute no-gos for me.
